- Store in a dry environment after gently washing the leaves and thoroughly drying them.
- Can cover then with paper towel to avoid wilting.

IDENTIFY CORRECT ONE
- Prefer those with a strong deep green colour without the black spots or marks.
- Also avoid the ones which are cut or seem half-eaten or those with holes.
